Tradition and quality

> Just like the hotel, the restaurant combines a family atmosphere with top quality. Our chef, Nicolas Salley, has successfully adapted modern gourmet cooking to the tastes of our international clientele, using fresh ingredients and incorporating flavours from around the world into traditional recipes. His leitmotiv: a pinch of spice to enhance perfectly cooked fish and meats.

Result: a varied menu with a typically French note, dishes to admire and relish while savouring a Grand Cru, and all in an elegant and comfortable dining room with exceptional views of the mountains.

Half-board

Our gourmet half-board packages (link to rates pdf) include a different menu every day, with an early sitting and special dishes for children.

This package allows parents to take time for themselves, perhaps relaxing in the hands of our beauticians (link to wellness tab), while our restaurant staff take care of their little darlings. It also allows parents to enjoy a romantic dinner or an evening with friends, with the babyphone close at hand. A real holiday!
